Training

Kingswood Farm specializes in saddle seat, hunt seat, western, and equitation performance 4202_1146307464601_1890000_n[2]training. Custom training programs are provided for each rider and horse upon a thorough evaluation to maximize talent and ability. Full training and conditioning are offered, as well as all other services in order to support the complete show experience. The farm attends a variety of shows depending upon client want (local shows, “A” rated shows, national shows). The training program is led by horsewoman Kristen Cuneo. Kristen brings years of experience as an amateur and professional horsewoman. Kristen handles all training duties and care.

Training and conditioning fees are billed at the first of the month and are due when billed. Interest on all unpaid bills begins on the tenth of each month. No horse will be trained if payments are not current.

Show Fees include all trainers expenses, grooms expenses, and horse preparation charges. Entry fees, office and drug fees, non-member fees, bedding at shows, pro-rated tack and groom stalls, and hauling fees are to be paid by owner and are not included in the initial Show Fee. Day Fees include all days on the road.

*Show Fees are billed 30 days in advance and are due two weeks prior to departure. Non-payment may result in your horse not being shown.

All horses are required to have a current negative Coggins, all inoculations, and to be dewormed every 60 days, all of which are administered by Kingswood Farm’s Veterinarian and regulated by Kingswood Farms.

*All prize money will be retained by the clients.

*Lessons will be billed at $45/hour. (Training fees include 1 lesson per week.)
